Cardamone Gets Supersedeas Denied For Client

Michael W. Cardamone of Krasno Krasno & Onwudinjo, has successfully defended against an employer’s request to reduce/suspend his client’s wage loss benefits pursuant to a Labor Market Survey- at the initial Supersedeas level.

Supersedeas is the employer’s/insurer’s inital request to the presiding Judge to reduce or terminate a Pennsylvania injured worker’s indemnity (cash) checks.

Cardamone presented Claimant’s testimony at the first hearing in opposition to this request, and presented medical records from Claimant’s treating physician, along with a Labor Market Survey critique, which asserted that the proffered jobs were not within Claimant’s vocational, residual skill.
